For example an organization does not given satisfaction to customers, if the staff is unfriendly or unhelpful when dealing with customers. This act would be regarded as poor quality service. Neither an organization achieves customer satisfaction, if the telephone operator is inexperienced and deficient in attending to calls from customers. These poor quality works could get discredit to the organization despite its defect and goods free products.

Quality Characteristics

1. Technical: Length frequency, Diameter, Viscosity etc,
2. Psychological: Sensory qualities such as taste odor and beauty.
3. Time Based Items: Such as Reliability Maintainability, file etc,
4. Contractual: Such as guarantee safety and
5. Ethical: Such as Honestly Integrity etc.
