While educators and students have a growth mindset, they realize that intelligence can be developed. Students focus on improvement as a substitute of worrying on how smart they are. They work hard to do study more and get better grades. According to years of research by Stanford University’s Dr. Dweck, Lisa Blackwell Ph.D., and their colleagues, we identify those students who learn this mindset show greater motivation in school, superior grades, and better test scores.
